Steps Into Fall - Week 3


Stepping into week 3 of my Walktober Workplace Challenge, having successfully completed an entire week without missing a day, I'm feeling really good.  I take full advantage of walking outdoors when I'm able.  I find that I coverage more mileage when I'm outdoors vs. when I'm on my treadmill.  

My body is changing more than I originally thought.  It's evident in my clothing because it's not as snug.  I've also shed 2 more lbs bringing it to a total of 5 lbs altogether.  Not only that, my tummy is shrinking…which is always a nice thing!  I haven't began my weights and workouts yet, but it'll be here soon enough.

A couple of the healthy tasks I completed over the week included: 1) visiting a Pumpkin Patch (in this case it was on a huge farm…lots of walking) and 2) taking time to do something for myself (in my case it involved scrapbooking/cardmaking).
