Steps Into Fall - Week 4


I feel that in week 4 of my Walktober Workplace Challenge, walking has been reintroduced as a habit. My goal is to extend this beyond this challenge.  I'm really proud of my progress, and I plan to finish off this week even stronger than ever. 

A couple of my healthy habits I completed this week were: 1) finding an inspirational quote and 2) do a 30 second plank.  What I love about doing a plank is that it's triggering my memory (back into my workout routine).  By the way, the inspirational quote that moved me was, "Speak what you seek, until you see what you've said."  This quote is by Marshawn Evans, a woman who has inspired me and taught me a lot about women in business.  

Next week will be my final post for Walktober, and I'll assess where I'm at then in my final post.  In the meantime, here's what I accomplished this past week:
